The tunnel command looks correct, but I believe the mail server address should be imap.gmail.com and not gmail.com.You must setup two tunnels, one for imap, and one for smtp.Example:HttpsTunnel -ssl wwwgate0.mot.com:1080 -user cjf001 -pass XXXXXXX 67.173.

When you start the SSL certificate application, the following files are copied from sslcert.zip to the sslcert sub-directory: openssl.exe libeay32.dll ssleay32.dll. It could be that the server does not have permission to copy the files to this directory.
