Ultra Portable Applications
Ultra Portable Applications
An Ultra Portable Application, or UPA for short, is a portable application packaged into a self extracting archive (ZIP file).
You do not need to install a UPA. Start the UPA using one of the following methods:
- Launch directly from your BarracudaDrive Web Server by simply clicking a link in a browser using any computer.
- Start the UPA directly from a USB memory stick.
We provide one Ultra Portable Application, the Firefox UPA Edition.
We will soon provide more Ultra Portable Applications.
Installing Ultra Portable Applications
An Ultra Portable Application can be stored on a CD ROM/ USB stick or loaded directly from the BarracudaDrive Web Server.

Installing the UPA in BarracudaDrive
- If you have not already done so, download and install the Ultra Portable Application Manager.
- Download the Ultra Portable Application, the text file, and the image file, and save the files in the Ultra Portable Application Container.
